We are qualified instructors of Transcendental Meditation.
Stephen - In addition to running courses for the general public since 1975, I have taught TM in business and educational settings. Previously I was a journalist for radio and television. I became a TM instructor because of a desire to allow others to have the kind of extraordinary benefits that I had received in my personal and professional life from TM.
Faye - I qualified as a TM instructor in 2008, however have been practicing the TM Technique since 1983. I have a background in administration, having worked in this capacity for Auckland City Council, National Heart Foundation of NZ and Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki. I have a particular interest in teaching TM to women in business to reduce the effects of stress experienced in the workplace.
