The TM technique is practiced in a comfortable sitting position, eyes closed, for a period of 15-20 minutes twice a day, morning and evening. It brings deep rest to mind and body which naturally dissolves accumulated stress and tension. The process also enlivens the balanced functioning of the whole brain and you become an increasingly effective person finding contentment in whatever you do.
